Good Beauty Policies 2023
At Good Beauty we have a price level system consisting of Level 1 through Level 4. Our prices are based on the demand that our service providers have earned on their time. All of our service providers are very talented and promise to deliver an outstanding guest experience each time you visit Good Beauty.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENT POLICY:
At Good Beauty, we require a card on file to hold your reservation and guarantee that time for your service. If you are not comfortable leaving your card on file, we encourage you to come in as a walk-in, but we cannot guarantee that we will have availability.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that we operate on a 48hr cancellation policy. Any reservation that needs rescheduling or cancellation, needs to be updated or canceled before 48 hours of your appointment. After that time, the salon will have to charge 50% of service price. Please reach out to us via email email@example.com, and call and leave a voicemail at 312-600 2777.
We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled
appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 48 hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation”. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the totalcost for your scheduled appointment.
All guests who late cancel or do not show up for their scheduled appointment, may be required
to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the
event of a cancellation within the requested 48-hour time frame.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent immediately after booking, 3 days
before your appointment, and 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to
the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not
confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
GIFT CARD POLICY:
Good Beauty gift cards are perfect for anyone on any occasion. Our gift cards can be used towards any salon service and for purchase of any products. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. You can purchase gift cards at our salon location or online. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash, used with other promotional offers or used to purchase another gift card. Good Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards become active 24 hours after purchase.
OUR REDO POLICY:
Good Beauty stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored if salon is contacted within one week of the date of service. We will do our best to get you in with your stylist as soon as possible. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we wil;
work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Covid-19 Policy update 1/11/2022 :
In Accordance with the city of Chicago mandates we will be requiring proof of vaccination and/or a negative COVID test 48 hours prior to your appointment. Our staff will check you in and verify your status to ensure a smooth and safe experience at our salon!
